Onboarding: Let's Get You Ready To Capture Some Great Content

Hey Sparkies!

Welcome to your onboarding page. Here you'll be able to get up to speed on the best way to prepare for the content capture session you'll be part of soon.

We'll be creating enough content to be posted once a fortnight on your LinkedIn page over 90 days. We promise the content will be authentic to you (you'll feel good about posting it!) engaging for the viewers (they'll get a lot of value out of the content insights).

Step 1:

We need to make sure we don't over-complicate the preparation process. The truth is you are already prepared. You already know all about your insights, stories, expertise, and interests. We just need to bring them out on film in an enjoyable, comfortable and authentic way.

 
 

Step 2:

To make the process of capturing the interview content we need, we've developed a robust process that ensures we get high quality thoughts and insights from you, without putting a lot of time requirements on your end. We do need some time and pre-work from you (including the survey below) but we have streamlined this as much as possible so you can stay in your genius and just drop in when we need to capture the magic and bottle it for you.

Step 3:

Something we put a lot of thought into is how we can capture great footage with a variety of topics, thoughts, and stories. But we also plan out how to capture a variety of styles on the day. So while you only need to come to the one session in the one location, we plan the day so we also get a variety of angles and settings to give a bit ore variety and sizzle when we create the content in post-production.

 
 

Step 4:

There's no point in going through the whole process of capturing and creating great content, if we don't get it consistently up and out there on LinkedIn and beyond. The problem is not the desire to do it, but often the day-to-day competing priorities that take over. So we have set up our process where we do the heavy lifting around not just creating the content, but organising and scheduling it for you. This means once you approve the content, will will start rolling out like clockwork on LinkedIn, like magic (the way we like it!)
